A Special Place

Karina of Murtagh’s Meadow leads this week challenge and invites us to show those places that make us feel good.

I have already commented once that my special place is always where my family is, once I have made this clear, I think I can go a little further and search in my memory or should I say in my heart, that place where I feel good, even being alone.

  1. Ohh I agree so much with your sentiments. I too am very happy when I am with my family. Beautiful intimate images of your home, thank you for sharing.

  2. Well Ana – you are so right and so fortunate. One would hope since it is where we spend by far the most of our time, that our homes would be our very special place. I know I feel that way and perhaps it’s also a reflection of my personality since I’m an introvert at heart (although few would believe it of me). I loved that you shared your home with us, and your images are wonderful!

    1. Thanks, Tina. I have always felt very good at home, but in recent years, it has also become a refuge, the place where I feel safe.

  3. It’s a shame if home isn’t a special place, isn’t it, Ana? Thanks for sharing your beautiful place. I especially liked the first shot on the left of the hand holding back the curtain.

  4. This is a lovely post, Ana. Your images are lovingly curated. I’m guessing that’s a selfie of you? I like your look of concentration and your beautiful nail polish! Home is where the heart is….so they say. I can see that’s true for you. Wonderful.
