Initially, this photograph was discarded, the focus was barely perceptible. However, when I looked at it today, I saw something in it that attracted me. The corner position of the plant, the color of the background and its blur… I don’t know, perhaps the whole of it.

I think I’m in blur week, because the post I have prepared for next Saturday also cannot boast of sharpness. Maybe it also has something to do with the situation we’re in. For a few weeks it seemed that the contagions were stabilizing and now they are again increasing, probably due to the Christmas holidays. Seeing the future so blurry, it’s normal that I like these kind of images, is’nt it? 😔

  1. Ana, this is a calming image and beautiful. I belong to a camera club and we have competitions. I joined to get my photos critiqued. Last month I learned that if you title a shot soft focus, the blur doesn’t matter. In fact it got the image a score of 12!

    1. Sometimes we become too obsessed with sharpness and really what matters is to tell something, to convey emotions.

Thank you very much, Anne 😘
