I was reading Patti’s entry with this week’s challenge and thinking which “everyday objects” could recover from file of images, when I have looked on the right and seen my pencils at backlit….
I have taken my phone and I already have my first picture!!!
Great, I’m getting tired of searching the archive continuously for photos.
And before I close my phone, I found another one that I could use, almost freshly made, from yesterday. An everyday object, unwanted, rather hated, but that accompanies us lately on a daily basis.
It’s a neoprene mask made by me and I had a hard time sewing it.
I took the picture to pass on to my sister-in-law, as we had been debating how it should be sewn and I finally got it.
And now, yes, let’s look at the file and what if we think about what will happen tomorrow…

A coffee to start the day well

Water the plants so that they also start the day well…

Disinfection before leaving home, remember to do it also on the return
And now the bad news… Vacation is over! It’s time to get BACK TO WORK!!! 😦

I think tomorrow, I’ll turn the mouse pad around, I don’t know why it smiles so much…

That mouse and mouse pad seems like it’s putting its tongue out 👅 funny

Interesting as always Ana. Loved your opener – the stained glass behind the pencils makes for a wonderful background. The mask and sanitizer will be something to look back on, hopefully one day soon! And the makeup made me smile as I’ve not worn it more than once or twice in the past 6 months! I understand it is among the many industries suffering tremendously. What a strange world we’re living in these days!

Hooray, Ana! I’m so glad you joined us! I love your everyday collection. The masks and sanitizer made me smile. I was thinking of shooting some photos of them, but ran out of time. Your shot of the coffee grounds is perfect. Very inviting. I think I can almost smell the beans!

True, but we have to keep our photographic gaze awake and lately I have almost always disconnected it.
Thanks for your comment 🙂

Your photos are perfect for this challenge, and you’ve made even the every day objects seem more important.
Thanks for following Oh, the Places We See. We’re traveling mostly in the U.S. right now, but hope to get out and about internationally before we get too old to travel!!! Happy Labor Day!
