Primrose is a plant genus of the Primulaceae family. It stands out for having a foliage, being of low growth and for its beautiful flowers of five petals and pleasant aroma.
In Spain we also know it as Spring. The name Primrose comes from the Latin expression “prima rosa”. This means that is one of the first flowers to bloom in the cold winter, thus announcing the arrival of spring.
It is said that the meaning of this delicate flower, traditionally linked to renewal and devotion, conveys the message: “I cannot live without you”, reflected in its heart-shaped petals.
