Find Something Red

Rojo o azul

Red in the streets of New York

Patti encourages us to go out and look for the color red to cheer up the whites and grays of winter.

It’s a great idea, although I, for now, will look for them in the archive, I haven’t taken any pictures in days.

I’ve searched for the meaning of the color red and from what I see it’s a color with very intense emotions.

“Red, the color of blood and fire, is associated with meanings of love, passion, desire, heat, longing, lust, sexuality, sensitivity, romance, joy, strength, leadership, courage, vigor, willpower, rage, anger, danger, malice, wrath, stress, action, vibrance, radiance, and determination.”

    1. It was a candid photo, I was walking with the camera when I saw the woman in red pants approach, I waited until she stood where I wanted and I shot.
      Thank you, Patti 🙂
