Close-up recipe

I love this simple recipe:  Tomato, salt and olive oil.

But why don’t tomatoes taste like they used to?  Nowadays it is difficult to find tomatoes that do not seem to be plastic.  Where taste was once the priority, durability, longevity, and a cosmetically attractive appearance now reign.

What a pity!!!

  1. I fully agree! Tomatoes today that taste tomatoes are not easy to find. The best and most sweet and tasty are the smallest one, cherry tomatoes. It’s important that the tomatoes are hard, never soft. I love tomatoes but eat them only when I find the most tasteful ones.
