It is a sculpture of Eduardo Chillida of geometric and abstract form located on Gijón (Asturias).  It is made in reinforced concrete from two pillars that act as supports of an open ellipse.

And that is as I would like to have my new horizon…  OPEN.  Open to hope, open to happiness, open to my family and friends…
